House Rules

    -No Outside Food or Drinks (including Non-Alcoholic and   

     Alcohol, Wine, Beer and Champagne)

    -No Balloons inside the building at any time!!!

    -Decorations of any kind must be approved by Management 3     

      days prior to Event Day. (example: Flowers/Arrangements)

    -No Party Accents that include: paint, dye, confetti, streamers,           

      balloons, inflatables, water guns, chewing gum/candy

    -Dress Code still enforced for Private Events and Parties

   -COVID-19 Protocols still enforced until seated for Private Events          

(Mask Required until seated for Dinner)

 

     **Optional House Vendors for Events**   (Ask Management for Details)

          (Flowers, Birthday Cakes, Decorations/Ice Sculptures)

Rental Space Price: 

$5000 USD

(20% Auto-Gratuity on all Food and Drink Packages)

WE REQUIRE 50% DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING EVENT AND FINAL BALANCE DUE 5 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE!!! 

**50% DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AT ANYTIME!!!**
